General:

The "Archontico Loukis" is located in a tranquil site on the west coast of the Ionian island of Corfu a special place to stay.
It is approximately 23 kms from Corfu Town and the airport with a bus service twice a day.
Distances from the nearby villages are Pentati Village 1 km; Agios Gordis resort and sandy beach approx. 3 kms and Agios Mattheos village approx. 6 kms.

The privileged position of the Archontico, surrounded by tall olive trees and blending together with the landscape, offers breathtaking view of the sea. It is situated between the traditional village of Pentati and the beach of Paramonas and is just a short distance from the beautiful beaches and nightlife of the west side of Corfu.
Designed in keeping with the traditional architecture of Corfu, it offers excellent accommodation and personal service from the owner. The main expectation is to make the guests feel comfortable, so everything in " Villa Archontico Loukis", from the decoration to the furniture and equipment, offers a sense of “home”.

Villa Archontiko Loukis is built in 3 levels and consists of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is suitable for 10 to 18 persons. Although each level is independended from the other, however the rental is related for the whole accommodation, if required .
The ground floor, next to the pool, consists of two separated and fully equipped open plan suites, each one with one bedroom separated by designed curtains and an arch, sitting combined with kitchen / dining ,a sofa bed, bathroom and patio.
The upper floor consists of one main sea view bedroom, sitting area combined with kitchen/dinning, two bathrooms and balcony
The higher floor consists of two sea view bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen / dining and sitting room with sofa bed and balcony.

Facilities / Amenities:

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, DVD player, satellite TV, refrigerators, safety deposit boxes, hair-dryers, bathrobes and fully equipped kitchens. The guests will enjoy the swimming pool and the ground chess, while the younger visitors will be occupied with their own pool and playground.
