- Plenty of shingle coves. Good swimming off flat rocks
- Agios Stefanos
- Curved pebble bay with good tavernas and facilities
- Kalami - Kouloura
- Popular pebble beach with good facilities. The White House where Lawrence Durrell lived is here.
- Kaminaki
- Pebble beach with excellent watersport facilities. Good for snorkelling.
- Agni
- Picturesque pebble bay with excellent tavernas. Access is better by boat, but there is a rough, steep track.
- Nissaki
- Small pebble cove with good tavernas and boat hire facilities.
- Barbati
- Long stretch of pebble beach, with good facilities.
- Ipsos - Pirgi
- Long sweeping curved bay with narrow sand and pebble beach. Plenty of watersport facilities, including licensed scuba diving centre.
- Dassia
- The beach is a long but very narrow stretch of gently sloping shingle and pebble backed by olive and pine trees. There is flat, aquamarine water, ideal for water-skiing. There are also swimming platforms.
- Kontokali - Gouvia
- Shingle and pebble beaches with a variety of facilities.
