The complex consists of 60 apartments & villas ranging in size from 30 m² to 85 m², set as independent units with two or four apartments & private villas with or without pool, each with private garden or large covered terraces and views to the countryside or to the sea, all with private parking. Twenty of the sixty properties, especially the larger ones, are summerhouses owned privately. In between the complex and the sea a beautiful stretch of parkland has been created with trees, plants, footpaths, a swimming pool, a children's pool and two restaurants

Bigger apartments & villas up to 5 persons
They are situated on the first or ground floor and consist of: combined kitchen / dining / sitting room with 1 sofa bed, two main double or twin bedrooms, bathroom and covered large veranda or terrace overlooking the sea or the countryside. Facilities include washing machine, fireplace, satellite TV, hair dryer, safety deposit box.
